Booking conditions:
Possibility to book weekends and additional days from November to March. From April to October, it is mandatory to book 7 nights.
10% VAT, 600 MB WIFI, bed linen and towels, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, kitchen clothes, cleaning products, tablets for dishwasher/washing machine, 20Kg wood for barbacue are all included.
25% of total amount of the rental in order to confirm reservation. The 75% of the rental amount must be transferred at least 1 week before arrival.
We request 1.000€ that will be saved as a deposit, and refunded on the departure date after checking the good status of the villa.
In case of cancellation prior to two months from the day of arrival, 50% of the reserve will be returned, and after that date, the reserve will be lost.
Additional payment: Tourist tax: 1,75€/person/night. Childs with 16 years old or less do not have to pay tax.
